Pixel Painter version 1.0 is a program that designs graphics to put
into Qbasic and Quickbasic programs. You create a small graphic pixel by
pixel and Pixel Painter automatically puts it into the Qbasic PSET format.
You can then copy the PSET statements directly into your program. By putting
the PSET cordinates into variables Pixel Painter makes positioning your
animating your graphic a snap. One of the powerful features is that
you can choose either a black or a white background which will help you see
the graphic you're plotting. These backgrounds will not show up in the saved
picture, giving you more flexibility.

Features:
-Black or white background
-All 16 BASIC colors
-Easy to use interface
-Creates variable cordinate PSET statements, NOT constant statements!
-Saves to hardrive or disk
-THIS PROGRAM ACTUALLY WORKS!
